Purpose of operation is to fly a General Atomics unmanned aerial system (UAS) from Gray Butte Field Airport along a route of flight previously approved by the FAA to the US Navy-owned San Clemente Island airspace contained within the W-291 warning area. Maximum altitude while in restricted area surrounding Gray Butte and Warning Area 291 is 25,500 feet MSL; minimum altitude 1000 feet MSL. Emitters listed in this request will NOT radiate when in transit from Gray Butte to W-291.
