The primary purpose of this modification is to add the following fixed and mobile frequencies:

5710, 5810, 5315, 5335, 5365, and 5380 MHz

These additional frequencies are being requested in order to meet our company flight operation
needs. Our current test schedules are paced by frequency limitations, and acquiring additional
licenses would allow us to increase our flight capacity by 25%. At this time we are
relinquishing 5325 and 5375 due to insufficient frequency separation from other frequencies.
Per our application we are also requesting deletion of 5650 (501W ERP), 5660 (501W ERP) and
5800 (501W ERP). These were supposed to be deleted per a previous request but were never
removed from our FCC licence.
