Following is the response to your question regarding A3E emissions for file 0033-EX-ML-2003:

We will be testing the airplane''s antenna performance characteristics at various frequencies in
the Military''s UHF band from 225-400MHz. We will
be transmitting using the airplane''s Rockwell-Collins ARC-210 radio which,
by default, emits an A3E (AM) signal in that frequency range.
