Application Narrative for Proposed Equipment

Proposed Program

General Atomics Aeronautical, Inc operates Hangars 35 and 37 at the above address. The Hangars are
used to house aircraft and equipment essential to testing our product, and giving the product a degree
of worthiness for the client. General Atomics Aeronautical, Inc is known for many different innovative
products, and in the San Diego area are known for the inception and development of Unmanned Aerial
Vehicles.

The proposed program to bring GPS Signal availability into the Hangars will provide an indoor secure
area for pre-flight of radars that require a GPS source to fully boot. At this current time, pre-flights on
aircraft are done in the ally way between Hangars, this blocks other aircraft from departing and leaves
our payload open to public viewing.

Objectives

We seek to accomplish the following objectives:

        1. Ability to troubleshoot and repair GPS systems on board our aircrafts and payloads without
having to endure the costly time to relocate the equipment outdoors and inhibiting flight
           operations at the airfield.
        2. Further increase our ability to test sensitive equipment in secured confines, and cut costs on
new equipment crutches that would only temporarily assist with aircraft/radar testing.
        3. Secure our Hangars in a way that is beneficial to employees and equipment.
