March 2009 New Exhibit General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) requires this frequency spectrum to support ongoing projects, under numerous government contracts with several U.S. Government Agencies, for Unmanned Air Vehicles with a broad range of scientific and military applications. To support its increasing business GA-ASI has opened a second flight test center at Palmdale close to its original Adelanto location. Consequently GA-ASI desires to modify its existing license File: 0018-EX-ML- 2009 call sign WC2XLR to include a new “fixed” facility that will use all of the same frequencies as the current Adelanto location but will be located in Los Angeles County at the following address: GA-ASI 25500 East Avenue R-8 Palmdale, CA This modification also includes adding 4 new frequencies to both facilities under call sign WC2XLR that are to be used for flight test support and have been assigned by AFTRCC.
