Subject: Request for Info - File #0018-EX-ML-2009
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

The application requests the band 118-137 MHz be added to the new Palmdale location. It also requests
the spot frequencies 123.225 MHz, 123.325 MHz, 123.475 MHz and 123.550 MHz within that band. Will
the spot frequencies be sufficient or will additional frequencies within 118-137 MHz be necessary? If any
additional frequencies are required, and they fall within the 118-121.9375 MHz, 123.5875-128.8125 MHz
or 132.0125-137 MHz sub bands, then coordination with the FAA Western Pacific Regional coordinator
will be necessary. Any frequencies within the 123.1125-123.5875 MHz band require AFTRCC
coordination. Submit the results of any FAA (if necessary) and/or AFTRCC coordination to the instant
application.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of February 26, 2009 may result
in application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section
1.1108.
