SUPPLEMENT TO APPLICATION

This is to advise the Federal Communications Commission (“FCC”) that adjacent
channel Low Power Television Station (WRAP-LP channel 32)—the only adversely affected
station— has granted its consent to the proposed experimental operation as described in the
“Narrative Statement” accompanying the initial filing.

Moreover, GatesAir Inc. submits that issuance of a special temporary authority
(“STA”) for the period March 16 through September 16, 2015, is in the public interest,
convenience, and necessity, as it will allow the company to conduct tests as scheduled in
connection with the development of innovative equipment that will accommodate the needs of
the viewing public.
