To help alleviate any possible problems with the application, we used an old application that was
previously approved. The 2km radius was just copied over from the previous approved application which
was probably an oversight on our part. Also, the Latitude and Longitude appear to be incorrect which
may have been the reason for the uncertainty parameter shown as 2km but I don't know. I can update
the application to reflect the new coordinates of N 38 50 33 and W 94 53 40 and change the radius to 10
miles. This will be done by 9am tomorrow.

Hearing that you are reviewing our application is good news. Please let me know if you have any more
concerns.
