Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Pursuant to section 5.61, Galactic Enterprises requests special temporary authority for 6 months, commencing 10 days after filing, to conduct periodic testing up to a maximum operational altitude of 350,000 feet. This temporary authority is meant to cover operations while a modification to its experimental modification is pending. The modification will update the maximum operational altitude, remedying an oversight in the original application. See ELS File No. 0039-EX-CM-2021. For convenience, Galactic Enterprises attaches the pre-coordination AFTRCC exhibit here. Galactic Enterprises operations will otherwise conform with the technical parameters of its experimental authorization incorporated herein by reference. See ELS File No. 0745-Ex-CN-2020.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Periodic testing up to a maximum operational altitude of 350,000 feet. See explanation above.
