This is in response to your February 4, 2002, correspondence regarding an application to renew
the experimental license of WA2XQL, File No. 0288-EX-RR-2001. Globecomm Systems, Inc. (
GSI ), has never used more than twenty (20) Inmarsat terminals, the most it plans to use. Two
documents that detail GSI's Explorer II System equipment specifications have been attached as
