0200-EX-PL-2007 is our application for the 2 year experimental license.
This STA will only cover 6 months. Is it possible to keep the experimental license
application in the system?

Also, we have transmitted at the White Sands Missile Range (WSMR) previously (STA's 0589-
EX-ST-2006 and 0670-EX-ST-2005). As we have experience in coordinating with the WSMR Area
Frequency Coordinator, is it possible to allow operation in the 50 states with the
restriction of obtaining approval from WSMR when operating within a given radius of WSMR?

If this is not possible, I will concur as necessary. This, however, will require
additional STA's when we are called upon to demonstrate at WSMR again.

1.) The cancellation of 0200-EX-PL-2007 as well as 0222-EX-ST-2007 and
0148-EX-ST-2007 upon grant of 0312-EX-ST-2007?

2.) The exclusion of Texas west of 103 degrees west longitude and the state of New Mexico
to avoid interference with White Sands Missile Range?

Please expedite the STA File Number 0312-EX-ST-2007. This application is required to allow
our customer to perform demonstrations of a portable, inflatable, fixed satellite antenna
(not mobile) to government customers. Previous demonstrations have been performed for
various groups within the Army and Navy. Future demonstrations may occur throughout the
continental US as well as Alaska and Hawaii.

Several STA's have been granted for these demonstrations. The same power/radiation in this
STA application has been previously granted under STA Number 0879-EX-ST-2006, reference
Shahnaz Ghavani.

The antenna is a 2.4 meter aperture. Point of Communication is Intelsat's SBS-6 or Galaxy
10-R.

The following existing STA applications (presently "Pending") may be cancelled once this
STA has been granted: 0222-EX-ST-2007, 0148-EX-ST-2007.
