GATR seeks experimental Special Temporary Authority for testing and development of a Next Generation Troposcatter system. See Exhibit 1.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  GATR seeks experimental Special Temporary Authority for testing and development of a Next Generation Troposcatter system for U.S. Marine Corp. See Exhibit 1. An STA extension will allow GATR to complete integration testing for the USMC customer.
