Message:

Our company is organizing a developer event in Sarasota, Florida between April 18th and 20th,
2005. We expect about 150 mobile application developers and we will be providing technical
sessions, etc.

We also plan to set up a 3G wireless network in our developer center, where we would be able
to demonstrate 3G applications on mobile devices. This tiny WCDMA network will also be
used to allow our developers to test their applications against our network. For instance they can
use the wireless network to access to their applications they want to test, download them, and
make sure it is working properly on the device, and eventually using the network components
(in order to access to our servers, etc.).

The equipment to be used in a commercial Nokia 3G node B. What is experimental is the use of
it, since the tests are for applications (which as prototypes) and are no meant to be sold in the
US through this process. The wireless network will only be a one of the components we offer to
our developers for them to test their applications.

Once the event is over (April 20th), this network will be shut down.
