By the instant application (application), Fortem Technologies, Inc. (Fortem) requests that the Commission grant special Temporary Authority (STA) to permit to operate the facilities (the Facilities) specified in the instant application from 04/01/2019 to 10/01/2019.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Testing for China Lake system with the appropriate 2-way digital datalink used in the final system. The antenna will be used for communications link between ground and drone.
