Fortem Technologies has developed a radar system for the purpose of general radiolocation operations, to operate in the 16.2-16.7 GHz band. This STA is necessary to support testing and development work for this system.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this experiment/operation is for further testing of the hardware and software on this radar. The radar will be operated for the purpose of general radiolocation. It will not be used for detect-and-avoid (DAA) operations.
