Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Presently, Harris Corporations 900 MHz Base Stations and Subscriber Radios (Portables and Mobiles) do not have type acceptance. The radios and base stations are however, available for us to use, upon receipt of this Authorization.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose is for Harris Corporations demonstration of 900 MHz P25 technology to FPL. We intend to put the base station up on one of our currently licensed locations and considering the narrower bandwidth, and the exclusivity of the 900 MHz band, we are sure we will not interfere with any other licensee
