Testing of Motorola handheld TETRA product in the 450-470 MHz band on authorized frequencies.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Flint Hills Resources currently has a TETRA system using Part 22 and Part 90 frequencies under call signs WRAT946, WRAT947, WRAT948, WRAT949, WRAT950 and WRCV946. FHR would like to test Motorola TETRA handhelds within its existing system using the spectrum on the above-referenced call signs. Motorola does not currently have equipment authorization issued by the FCC for this TETRA product.
