FlightScan Corporation Request for Experimental STA ELS File No. 0166‐EX‐CN‐2016 REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF TIME TO OBTAIN FAA COORDINATION FlightScan Corporation (FlightScan) respectfully requests an extension of time to obtain FAA coordination in connection with the above‐referenced application. FlightScan has initiated such coordination, but needs additional time to complete its effort. To accommodate the holiday and end of year of year schedules of persons responsible at the FAA and at the company, FlightScan respectfully requests an extension until January 23, 2017, to provide the FCC staff with the requested documentation.
