        Yes,

        I sent you a email on 10/18/04 @ 6:22pm confirming your request.

On your 747-762 MHz, I did suggest that you start no lower than 748 MHz.
This will protect the church I spoke off if they are doing something.

You should be clear on the 777-792 MHz. There is a full power TV channel 62. But, you
        are above them.

        Please confirm this Email.

        Reed

                Hi Reed,

Are we okay to go? I'd like to document our frequency coordination with the
                FCC.
                thanks,
                Linda

               Hello Linda:

Will this be in use on Sundays?

I ask because we have some wireless in those areas in
               churches.

                        Hi Reed,
Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC
to demonstrate/test our broadband mobile IP
technology in Austin, TX scheduled for November 1-
December 24, 2004. The demo involves our base
station which will be setup inside a building located
at 201 East 14th Street and we will have an
omni antenna on top of the roof. It operates on a 1.25
MHz Channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts
ERP. The demo will utilize several mobiles operating on
a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600
                        milliwatts ERP.

I had coordinated frequency with you in March 2003 for
Austin, when we had our COLT (Cell on light truck)
which contained our base station and we utilized several
mobiles. Please let me know if you have any
concerns/questions regarding this demo. I would
appreciate an email reply so I can document our
                       frequency coordination process.

Thank you once again for your consideration.

                       Linda Plesnik
