Rochester has two low power stations in the ranges listed below. I
would
also recommend a courtesy call to KTTC/KXLT-TV to Mr. Tim Morgan, Chief
Engineer to alert him to the frequencies you will be using in case he

Marc,

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC to demonstrate
our broadband mobile IP technology in Wabasso, MN scheduled for Nov. 19
- Nov. 22. The demo involves our COLT (Cell on Light Truck) which will
be parked at 731 Main Street. The COLT operates on a 1.25 MHz Channel
in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts ERP. The demo will utilize
several mobiles operating on a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band
with 600 milliwatts ERP.

The COLT antennas are mounted on a mast extendable to 40 feet above
ground level.

The actual demo is scheduled for Nov. 21th. The COLT will arrive on
Nov. 19th for testing.

This is the same type of demo that I have requested frequency
coordination for in Rochester, MN.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions regarding this
demo. I would appreciate an email reply so I can document our
frequency
coordination process.
