Hi Linda

There appears to be on problem with this operation. There is a translator in Thompson
Falls on ch 63 (764 to 770 mHZ). This is about 50 miles and should be terrain shielded.

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC to demonstrate our broadband
mobile IP technology in Polson, MT scheduled for Nov. 12 - Nov. 15. The demo
involves our COLT (Cell on Light Truck) which will be parked off Skyline Drive. The
COLT operates on a 1.25 MHz Channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts ERP.
