Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC to demonstrate our broadband mobile IP
technology in Floyd, VA scheduled for July 14-16, 2004. The demo involves our COLT (Cell on
Light Truck) which will be parked at 220 Webbs Mill Rd . The COLT operates on a 1.25 MHz
Channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts ERP. The demo will utilize several mobiles
operating on a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600 milliwatts ERP.

The COLT antennas are mounted on a mast extendable to 40 feet above ground level.

The actual demo is scheduled for July 16 . The COLT will arrive on July 14th for testing.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions regarding this demo. I would appreciate
an email reply so I can document our frequency coordination process.
