Arne,

Thanks for your response. We will stay off the frequency channel that Pegasus is on.

        Linda,

Sorry for the delay, I didn't have time to do research yesterday. Doing research
today as far as locating TV or TV Translators at those frequencies results in,
none in our area according to the FCC database.

However, in looking through the FCC database I did locate a nationwide
company called Pegasus Guard band LLC, operating on 746-747 and 776-777
Mhz with a call sign of WPRR323 in Seattle. What/why they do... ect, is out of my
jurisdiction as it is not broadcast. You will need to contact coordinators or owners
of the 700 mhz band for usage.

        Arne

Arne,

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC to
demonstrate our broadband mobile IP technology in Bellevue,
WA scheduled for Nov. 8 - Nov. 11. The demo involves our
COLT (Cell on Light Truck) which will be parked at
the Courtyard Marriott Seattle Bellevue. The COLT operates on
a 1.25 MHz Channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts
ERP. The demo will utilize several mobiles operating on a
paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600 milliwatts
ERP.

The COLT antennas are mounted on a mast extendable to 40
feet above ground level.

The actual demo is scheduled for Nov. 10th. The COLT will
arrive on Nov. 8th for testing.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions
regarding this demo. I would appreciate an email reply so I
can document our frequency coordination process.

Thank you for your consideration.

Linda Plesnik
