Flarion hereby requests that STA application, file number 0311-EX-ST-2002, be withdrawn.
That STA was to demonstrate Flarion's Flash-OFDM technology in Anaheim, CA. Flarion has
been unable to coordinate frequency usage with the SBE coordinator, and thus will not be
making the proposed demonstrations.
