In light of the revisions which specify that operations will not occur within television Channel 62 (758 - 764 MHz), KRCA License Corp. does not object to the application at this time. KRCA License Corp. reserves the right to object should any further changes be made to the STA application and to require the immediate cessation of operations pursuant to the STA, assuming issuance of an STA by the FCC, should such operations cause interference to the operations of KRCA License Corp. Further, KRCA License Corp. expresses no view regarding the merits of the STA application. So that the parties can be prepared for any eventuality, please confirm that you will be the appropriate contact person should a problem arise during Flarion's operations (assuming grant of the STA) or, in the alternative, please identify who the contact person will be.
