             Jim,

KGO-TV has no objection to your use of these frequencies. The only exception
that we request, is if there are interference issues that arise during your
test periods, you cease transmission when notified of any interference until
             we can resolve the problem.

             Regards,

             Ray Herring
             Assistant Chief Operator

Ray, here is the information that I mentioned. As I indicated, I would like
to send your reply to the FCC as confirmation of coordination. If you
experience any interference issues during the Flarion demos, please call me
at 215 801-0473 and I will resolve them right away.

             Thank you

             > Lee, as we discussed, Flarion has requested from the FCC an STA (file #
             > 0171-EX-ST-2002) to operate a demo in the San Jose area (coord 37 24 40,
             > 121 55 38) on May 8, 9, and 10. The facility will be a "cell site" on a
             > light truck, with a 45' extendable mast with an omnidirectional antenna
             > pattern. The maximum ERP is 20W. The STA request covers the 747 - 762
