Mike,

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA to demonstrate its broadband mobile IP technology in
Aurora, NE scheduled for April 13 - April 17, 2003.

The demo involves our COLT (Cell on Light Truck) which will be parked at 1101 12th St. The
COLT operates on a 1.25 MHz Channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts ERP. The demo
will utilize several mobiles operating on a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600
milliwatts ERP.

The COLT antennas are mounted on a mast extendable to 40 feet above ground level.

The actual demo is scheduled for April 16. The COLT will arrive on April 14 for testing.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions regarding this demo. I would appreciate
an email reply so I can document our frequency coordination process.
