       Dewey,

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA to demonstrate its broadband mobile IP
technology at the CTIA Wireless Show in Atlanta scheduled for March 17-25, 2004.

The demos will be inside the Georgia World Congress Center and we will also have a
demo involving our COLT (Cell on Light Truck) which will be parked in a parking area
outside of Hall C of the Congress Center. Flarion employs OFDM modulation with a 1.25
MHz channel in the 747-762 MHz band with 20 watts ERP. The demos will utilize some
mobiles operating on a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600 milliwatts ERP.

The COLT antennas are mounted on a mast extendable to 40 feet above ground level.

The actual demos are scheduled for March 22-24. We will be arriving on March 17th to
       begin testing.

Please let me know if you have any concerns/questions regarding the demos. I would
appreciate an email reply so that I can document our frequency coordination process.

       Thank you for your consideration.

       Linda
