AMENDMENT

Flarion Technologies, Inc. (“Flarion”) hereby amends its application for
experimental Special Temporary Authority (“STA”), filed on February 21, 2001, to
change the number of experimental units that Flarion seeks to operate from one (1) to
four (4). All other technical and operational characteristics remain as they were set
forth in Flarion’s above-referenced pending application.
