Doug - Concerning the Flarion STA for the CTIA show in Orlando, here is the
response from the operator of STL WLQ917. As you can see, he has no
             objections to our operation.

Let me know if you need anything further from us on this application.

             Thanks,
             Barclay Jones

Thanks for notifying me of your intended use of the adjacent channel for your
base station to mobile downlink. We have no objections to the use of the
frequency provided we recieve no actual interference. If there is any problem
(which I do not antisipate) we will notify you otherwise we will not require
             any further notification.

I am sure you are aware there is a full power television station about 60
miles away operating at 758.00 -762.00 mhz and a low power TV station about
             15 miles at 764.00 to 770.00 mhz.

I hope to able to attend the show and to see your demonstration of the moble
             data service.

Let me know if I can be other assistance.

             Charles Namey
