There will not be any problems with the frequencies listed below... There is a channel 60
translator operating in Henderson, near Las Vegas so steer clear of the lower part of the
747 -762 band.

Jack,

Flarion Technologies has filed for an STA with the FCC to demonstrate
our broadband mobile IP technology in Las Vegas, NV scheduled
for March 2-7, 2004.

The demo involves our base station which will be setup inside the
Mandalay Bay hotel. It operates on a 1.25 MHz Channel in the 747-762
MHz band with 20 watts ERP. The demo will utilize several mobiles
operating on a paired channel in the 777-792 MHz band with 600
milliwatts ERP.
