Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Demonstration of a communications system in the Ku band. Actual demo will be for one day. Preparatory testing will be intermittent leading up to demo.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Ku-band communications demo for U.S. Navy (NAVAIR), specifically PMA-266. The TPOC is Ricky Greer, office phone number 301-757-5870, email [email protected]. Contract # N68335-14-C-0311. The Area of Operation is completely within the NTIA Table Mountain Test Site of which First RF Corporation is a tenant. All frequency use will also be coordinated with NTIA on site.
