Intermittent testing of a communications system in E-band with a pointing acquisition radio.
Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:
Testing a communications system in the lightly regulated E-band. To test a communications system in the lightly regulated E-band with a pointing acquisition radio at 375-386 MHz. This experiment is pursuant to a U.S. Government contract: DARPA contract HR0011-14-C-0061.
