To whom it may concern: The downlink system will be used during customer demonstration or during engineering flights on the FLIR PC‐12 Pilatus aircraft that has been equipped with a FLIR airborne sensor that is supplying a HD‐SDI video feed to the EnerLink AMT transmitter. The video signal will be transmitted to a ground based receive site that is equipped with an auto tracking antenna system where the signal is decoded and displayed on a monitor for customers and/or other FLIR personnel to view. The system would be used throughout the continental United States to include Alaska, and countries outside the United States. The primary customer market would be Military, Law Enforcement, and Federal Government agencies such as the CBP, and the FBI.
