Washington, D.C. 20554 Re: Final Analysis Inc., Progress Report for Experimental Licenses: FAISAT—2v Satellite (Call Sign KS2XCY, File No. 0224—EX—RR— 1999); Logan, Utah Ground Station (Call Sign KS2XDA, File No. 0226—EX—RR—1999); Lanham, Maryland Ground Station (Call Sign WAZXHE, File No. 0142—EX—RR—1999); and Remote Terminals (Call Sign KS2XCZ, File No. 0225—EX—RR—1999) Dear Mr. Burtle In accordance with the provisions in the above—captioned experimental licenses, Final Analysis Inc. ("Final Analysis"), by its attorneys, hereby reports on the progress of its experimental Little LEO satellite program. FAISAT—2v Satellite (Call Sign KS2XCY, File No. 0224—EX—RR—1999) Despite repeated attempts to comiplete early orbit communications operations as reported in its last progress report submitted on March 30, 2000, incorporated herein by reference, Final Analysis has not been able to conduct satellite—ground communications with this satellite. Accordingly, Final Analysis hereby surrenders its experimental license for this station.

James Burtle, Chief Experimental Licensing Branch August 1, 2000 Page Two Remote Terminals (Call Sign KS2XCZ, File No. 0225—EX—RR—1999) Final Analysis has completed its test program using the remote terminals and therefore now surrenders its experimental license to test and operate these terminals. Logan, Utah Ground Station (Call Sign KS2XDA, File No. 0226—EX—RR—1999); Lanham, Maryland Ground Station (Call Sign WA2ZXHE, File No. 0226—EX—RR—1999) Simultaneously with the filing of this report, Final Analysis is filing, under separate cover, requests for special temporary authority to modify for a limited six—month period the above—referenced experimental authorizations for ground stations at Logan, Utah, and Lanham, Maryland, to add the 150.0—150.05 frequency band to each license, and to authorize feeder uplink operations, including tracking, telemetry & command, on all authorized frequencies between these ground stations and the FAISAT—3v satellite launched under authority of the Final Analysis Communication Services, Inc. license.‘ The original and two copies of this progress report are being filed. In addition, in accordance with the conditions of Final Analysis‘s experimental authorizations, a copy of this progress report is being filed with the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau.
