SiriusXM has consented to the proposed operations provided FCL Tech notches out the 2310 -2355 MIlz band (the SDARS band plus a 10 MHz guard bànd on either side) from the frequencies to be used for the experimental operation. As I mentioned in my voice mail, our client FCL Tech has filed for an STA to test potential new communications applications and equipment in a controlled, low-altitude airborne environment in Camarillo, California.
