          2) The equipment, which will be used in the Beta testing,                       is    standard
          1900 PCS equipment.

          3) The operation can be defined as Beta Testing. The equipment will be
          used for field tests, system checks, mobile drive tests and
          demonstrations.   These units will not be sold nor offered for sale.

          4) The purpose of the STA is to test Ericsson‘s 1888 mobile phone at
          various customer locations prior to being commercially available.

          5)    Beta testing is planned from 9/21/98 to 12/21/98,                    24 hours a day.

          6) The tests will consist of normal usage, including but not limited to,
          placing and receiving calls, messages, roaming, and any other standard
          operation that the system is capable of performing.

          7) No equipment will be tested without the consent of the local carrier.
