Exhibit 1. Alternative frequencies.

Alternatively to the 1965.625 MHz transmit and 1885.625 MHz receive blocks of 1.25 MHz each
specified in its application, Ericsson Inc would accept any paired 1.25 MHz E Band frequency
(1965 to 1970 MHz transmit and 1885 to 1890 MHz receive). All emissions information remains
the same for any frequency block authorized within this band.
