----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Message:

Ms. Allison Ellis,

Due to the increased power level from 2 watts, which has been typical of the QuicLINK demonstrations,
to 100 watts, and the aeronautical mobile operations at an altitude of 25,000 feet, the potential for
out-of-band-emission interference to Federal operations below 2110 MHz is more likely to occur.
Therefore, please select a frequency greater than the requested 2112.4 MHz or decrease its 5 MHz
bandwidth.

The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced
application. Failure to provide the requested information within 30 days of April 07, 2009 may result in
application dismissal pursuant to Section 5.67 and forfeiture of the filing fee pursuant to Section 1.1108.
