Re: Modification to Ericsson’s STAs for Queens, New York (0052-EX-ST-
2007, 0125-EX-ST-2007) and Parsippany, New Jersey (0169-EX-ST-
2007).

Dear Mr. Keltz:

Please be advised that Ericsson wishes to make the following modifications to its
STAs for Queens, New York and Parsippany, New Jersey:

• 0052-EX-ST-2007 – Revise the authorized power for 1710 – 1715 MHz from
794 W to .25W;

• 0125-EX-ST-2007 – Delete 1715-1720 MHz from the application; and

• 0169-EX-ST-2007 – Delete 1715-1720 MHz from the application and revise the
authorized power for 1710 – 1715 MHz from 794 W to .25W.

Pursuant to our conversation June 5, 2007, with respect to the above referenced
STAs, Ericsson has ceased all radio transmissions authorized by these STAs and will
not begin transmissions again on 1710 – 1715 MHz until further notice.
