Washington, DC 20554 Re: STA File Number 0083-EX-ST-2003 Dear Mr. Young: Pursuant to our discussion, Ericsson Inc (“Ericsson”) has reviewed the available frequencies within the band identified in its application and would like to amend its STA application. Specifically, Ericsson requests authority to use 904.2-906.2 MHz paired with 949.2 – 951.2 MHz in connection with its product demonstrations at the CTIA trade show. In addition, Ericsson will comply with a power output of 2.5mW. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you need additional information. As we discussed, if at all possible, Ericsson would like to receive an authorization today so that it can begin equipment preparation and testing at its booth in New Orleans.
