Larry,

Please be advised that your request for temporary utilization of the Unlicensed PCS band for
demonstration of equipment in the Las Vegas, NV area is approved. Engineering analysis conducted by
Comsearch confirms that the potential for interference with microwave incumbents is non-existent given
all microwave links in the area that were operating in this band have been relocated. Please be advised
that this approval is for temporary use only and that permanent use of the band is subject to FCC part 15
rules and certification of equipment by UTAM.
