Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Episys needs two weeks of authorization to transmit in a band that its existing radios will accommodate, since there is no time to get new radios to work under its existing license. Episys is scheduled to work with foreign colleagues for two weeks at the beginning of November.
