Subject: RE: Request Spectrum Coordination

Mr. Davis,

I have spoken with our coordinator regarding your request. In order to save time and coordination
costs, he recommends amending your application to the FCC to list only the frequencies you which
to
coordinate and more specifically, do not include 1435-1525 MHz and 2360-2390 MHz. By doing
this, the
FCC computer will not return a message to require you to coordinate with AFTRCC.

I have copied Mr. Morris, AFTRCC TM Coordinator, on this email. His phone is 903-457-6949 if
you have
additional questions.

Thanks,
