Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
EagleEye Intelligence, LLC is evaluating emerging MANET / MIMO microwave technologies with relation to propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration and impact to present documentation for law enforcement contracts. Due to the frequency congestion in the South Florida area, EagleEye Intelligence, LLC requests the use of channels in the 4800-5000MHz Telemetry Band.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Grant of the instant request for STA in the 4.8GHz Band would serve the public interest by enabling EagleEye Intelligence, LLC to evaluate the stability of mesh networking in a terrestrial exercise. The proposed service would enhance the experiment by providing on the spot networking from mobile locations that would not otherwise be available to the engineering team.
