   of KE2XMM to add one additional land—based ship earth station.
   The SES land—based terminal will be used at US locations for
   communications during an event of emergency caused by Exxon
   operations for North and South American emergency response.

   Also attached is Exxon‘s bank draft for $45 in payment of the
   filing fees.
