Exxon has a need for adequate and reliable communications for the safety of the personnel involved. The portable INMARSAT terminal will be used at temporary locations within the Continental United States for training and pre departure testing of shipboard personnel and systens. JANUARY 15, 1997

SeaRiver Maritime, Inc., an Exxon subsidiary, will own the radio equipment over which Exxon Communications Company will have control to provide communications for the specific activities shown on this application.
