Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
ExxonMobil is seeking to demonstrate mobile network testing with regard to data coherency, propagation, data throughput, vehicle integration required for supervision and control of autonomous surface vessel operating in a bayou(small stream). Due to fact the autonomous surface vessel and mobile command center require high bandwidth(>500kbits) connectivity and the autonomous surface vessel will be operating in a stream with heavy vegetation ExxonMobil is applying for this STA.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  Demonstrate that the radio system operating in the 2.2GHz band can robustly provide the required bandwidth facilitating operations of an autonomous surface vessel operating in a stream neighboring heavily vegetated areas with the mobile command unit being up to 2 miles from the autonomous vessel. In this demonstration there will be a point to point connection between the mobile command unit and the autonomous vessel where the mobile command unit deploys its radio on a DRONE platform. The demonstrations serves the public interest by enabling ExxonMobil to demonstrate the reliability of the connection and ability to remotely supervise the autonomous vessel for inspection of pipeline hydro crossings during flooded conditions or other natural disasters where it is unsafe for conventional manned systems be deployed to carry out the inspection but where a timely inspection of the pipeline is in best interest of the public.
