   Attached are eight FCC Forms 442 with Exhibit 1 applying for
   authorization to operate land—based ship earth stations. The SES
   land—based terminals will be used at temporary locations for
   communications during the exploration for petroleum in remote
    areas not served by a common carrier.

   Also attached is Exxon‘s bank draft for $360 in payment of the
   filing fees of $45 each.
