Explanation
Please explain in the area below why an STA is necessary:
Applicant is a cable sports programming network that provides live coverage of sporting events with the use of wireless equipment. Applicant has certain private wireless licenses for this purpose. However, the spectrum demands in major cities and the limited spectrum for these events makes it necessary to make coordinated, temporary use of additional frequencies in the UHF spectrum. Such is necessary to have sufficent communications to coordinate event activities at these events. Applicant will coordinate with the Local SBE coordinator for this venue.

Purpose of Operation
Please explain the purpose of operation:  The purpose of this STA operation is to coordinate low power wireless microphone activities at the ESPN Seaport Studios. These studios are located in lower New York area with crowded spectrum. The need to coordinate additional frequencies is needed to operate.
